new designs in my gallery

I have just put a new picture into my gallery. It is another square for the quilt to go to mom. My sister is just about done with one of hers and then we will only have two left and I can start the assembly.

I wish I had 6 more hands I have two other WIP that have a deadline to them. One in Sept and the other in October.

*(screams and runs to hide)* I guess I did this to my self but wow.

I was just going through my gallery and a couple of the ladies asked about my other WIP.

It is the angel for my daughter. The lines that you see in the picture are the waste canvas that I use to stitch a picture on to regular cotton cloth. It comes in many of the sizes as the aida cloth. Once the pattern is stitched you pull each one of the strings out and then you are left with just the picture. This is how I did all of the angels they are stitched on plain white cotton fabric. It does take longer and it requires a hoop to hold the waste in the same position through out the pattern.
