Films: What do you like to watch?

I have a wide variety of likes when it comes to movies.

John Wayne all of his stuff from 1949 to his death.

I like the old musicals South Pacific, State Fair, The King and I and so on.

My all time favorite film is Gone with the Wind and I collect memorabilia from that movie.

I like the detective type movies. I hate the Horror stuff. Hate the newer so called comedies, stupid is not funny.

Funny to me is Disney movies, both animated and real life. The Absent Minded Professor, Shaggy DA, Emporer's New Groove, Tarzan and so on.

I also like thrillers as long as they are not gory. Things like The Mummy, both the old and new. I like the old Vincent Price stuff and Lon Chenny that was the good stuff, these new films that rely on gore and blood to make the movie is not my thing.

I just saw The Hills Have Eyes (the new version)... and was so dissapointed... I guess I shouldn't have had such high hopes! It was good, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't scary! It was more gore and action than anything else. Oh well.

I saw King Kong on the flight home the other day and it was so sad, i was crying as the girl was trying to serve my dinner!
