....I've just treated myself to a frankly frightening amount of goldwork stuff :shock: . Not sure I've got this concept quite right...

@rotfl: @rotfl: Well, maybe not quite. Although it is your gainful employment, which -- lucky you -- is also a pleasure, so doesn't fall under the Lenten rubric, surely. Would a joiner not buy nails?

Reasonably gainful, though not nearly so gainful as DH would like it to be :-D . But it definitely covers the cost of the occasional splurge (some of whihc is meant for the workshops in aid of the Church Building Fund, so perhaps that makes it all right...)
