Back - intermittently

Post by Mabel Figworthy »

Hello all, just popped in to say I'm still around though you wouldn't think so from my activity here

Life has just been getting in the way, not dramatically but work and other things that needed doing and a fairly lenghty flare-up of my chronic thing and so on. As the K&S Show is just around the corner I probably won't be posting an awful lot until I'm back from that (at least I have got all 48 kits ready!) but I will have a look at what everyone's doing!

So Happy Birthdays/Forumversaries, congratulations on finishes, commiserations on frogging sessions, and I hope to actually post in people's threads again fairly soon :grouphug:

Life comes first.
Hope the K&S fair goes well, and as for the intermittent thingy, try a large hammer. Always fixes intermittent thingy's for me.

Regards,

Richard.

Thanks for the advice Richard - does it work for chronic thingies as well :-) ? (perhaps I should try switching myself off and on again...)

Good to hear from you, Mabel. I hope that you will feel better by the time the K&S show is on.
Well done for getting the 48(!!!) kits ready. I am sure that your class will be a success and we are looking forward to hearing all about it.
Meanwhile, here is a :tea: and a :cake: to boost you up!

No, hammers don't work for chronic thingy's.
The question is does it move when it shouldn't? If so, 'Duct Tape'.
If it doesn't move when it should, then WD40.
Occasionally some inventiveness is needed with regards to where to apply the solutions.

Those two plus a hammer should be all that's ever needed, though.

Richard.
