How do I get PMs to send?

Hey Y'all,

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong when I'm trying to send a PM? I click on "submit" but it sits in my outbox and never registers in the sent messages. I know it's something patently obvious - but apparently I am just THAT DUMB.

I think I know what you are experiencing. Your sent message remains in your outbox until the recipient actually opens the message
