How should I frame?

Post by Dotty-Rose »

Hi all,
Sorry if this has been posted before, I did a search! I'm having problems framing my blossom cross stitch. I've bought one, but when I put it in it looks really wrinkled so I'm guessing I need to stretch it. I don't know how I should do this, width ways the fabric only just fits, and there isn't any that I can pull behind. I don't really want to buy a new frame, how should I go about framing it?
Thank you all in advance!

You can sew fabric to each edge (just a plain cotton or muslin type would be fine) and use that to stretch the design around your foam core or what ever you're using to back it.
