Hi all,

I am new so please be nice!

I am 33 (almost 34!) live near Lincoln and have two girls age 3 and 4. Love doing cross stitch when I get the time.

Just coming to terms with the miscarriage of our third child so will be doing lots of cs to relax.

Thought I would introduce myself before I rush off to stop the girls from wrecking the lounge

Welcome to the forum from Canada (southern Ontario). This is a great group, lots of tips, ideas and fun. Couldn't ask for a nicer group of stitchers. Post some of your work in the gallery, we love to see what others are doing.

:D welcome to the forum. We are all lovely people here.
Sorry to hear of your miscarriage, I have been there too :( I'm afraid it's just natures way of telling us that things are not right.
Cross stitch is a wonderful way of taking your mind off things, you will find all the answers here that you never knew you needed too.
Just sit back and wait for the deluge of response

welcome! i'm a 31 yo sahm of a 10 yo girl and a 1 yo boy. I also cross stitch to relax.
sorry to hear about the miscarriage. I found out I have cervical cancer due to HPV so my hysterectomy is scheduled in two weeks..I'll be stitching alot.

I started stitching more often when i was pregnant w/ my 2nd...then when I had him and became a sahm, i was so isolated..I stitched more and more!!

welcome and hope to see you around more!
If you get a comment of a ,I must be holding my :coffee:

C_F, what a wretched thing to have happen. :( Try to remember that you are still young and strong and so take extra care of yourself. :!: I suspect we will all be stitching and thinking of you in the next few weeks.
