Hi All, newbie here!

I'm Vicky and have just nicely joined here, I think I used to be here but it didn't recognise my e-mail so perhaps not!

I've just completed a couple of My Little Pony cross stitches as gifts for friends for Christmas and am working on some cards as I'm attending a craft fayre with a friend next week and I hope to sell some!

Looking forward to being active on here and getting to know you all

 Hi Vicky! Welcome to the forum from South Carolina! Do you remember what your user name was when you were here before? I hope that you will post pictures of your work. We love pictures! Besides the pieces you hope to sell at the fair (Good luck there!), what types of projects do you like to do?

Carole
:D

Thanks for the welcome, I don't remember my previous username so perhaps it was another forum but the layout here looked strangely familiar so I don't know!

I don't really have a theme where projects are concerned, I tend to see something and think oh I like that I'll do that. In the past I've frequently bitten off more than I can chew as it were in terms of the size of a project but I'm getting better now!

Welcome!

I'm a Lurcher mum! Having a couch potato is very good for stitching, when they don't decide they need a walk! Unfortunately I am also kept by a small attention seeking Gremlin!

Lol My boy seems to think Walk is a rude word! He'll go out but he's very handy in that he doesn't like to go out when it's too wet or too cold and he can take or leave a big walk, he's not at all demanding :D

I'm intrigued as to the species of the attention seeking gremlin!!

He was claimed to be a chi x pom but is much bigger, all of six kilos so more likely chi x Finnish Spitz. Arrived as an emergency foster because he bit someone - entirely because he was mis-handled and not because he is in any way aggressive. He's just easily scared and will defend himself if he can't run away!

If I knew how to post pictures since photobucket stopped being helpful I would share pix of both!

I've not used photobucket for yonks but remember hearing something about how it had changed :(

Photo bucket is no longer free and is, what I think, pretty expensive. Many of us have switched to using Postimage.org, which is pretty easy to use. Hope you will both take advantage of it and stay with us.

Hello & welcome :D Your dog sounds lovely. We had dogs, cats & other pets in years gone by but not now.

Look forward to seeing your work on here. Photobucket did get such a pain but I now use Photo Image as recommended by forum members & it is much easier.
