Howdy from Texas

Post by DesignStitcher2010 »

Hello all! Returning stitcher here from Texas trying to get back in the swing of things. My great-grandmother and grandmother taught me how to cross stitch and embroider, and I had an urge to get back at it. I found two great patterns to work with, a rooster for my husband and a beautiful peacock for our office at home. I look forward to reading the posts and appreciate any suggestions or creative ideas. Thanks!!

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!! I finally got my rooster kit all sorted out (it's a Bucilla kit that had no rhyme nor reason to their colors and was a pain trying to cross convert their numbers to DMC). That being said if anyone has suggestions with working with their kits that would greatly be appreciated!
