Really pleased you like them Tracy :D . Let me know if you run out of thread for Mabel's design. I stitched it myself after I'd sent yours, mainly to check that I'd sent enough thread, and I think one of the colours was a bit neat

  Tracy - they are gorgeous. Love the hardanger and what a beautiful card and ornament too. Aren't we spoilt.

The pics I've posted here and the description as well as a close up of Mr Squirrel are in the ITS STASHMAS!!!!!!! thread which was the first one I saw. So hop over there and have a look.

Rose - is there a way to combine to the 2 threads???

:D Lovely gifts. There is another thread going on also, with gifts that were also opened by members experiencing summer. Have to keep an eye on both threads to check on everyone.

Carole

Eta: great idea Sally to combine the threads, if it can be done. If not we'll have to be checking both of them.

Great stash Victoria, owls seems to be very popular and how lovely to see pictures of live ones. I've only ever seen one - in a sanctuary and he was asleep.

Lovely Stashmas gift, Victoria. Owls are really amazing birds to see as well as to stitch. I didn't know that Aida fabric came in 28 ct. I guess I never thought a out it. That is a lovely shade also. :applesauce:

What a fabulous idea Stashmas is!!! Everyone has had such beautiful gifts.
I've just opened my parcel from Diana.
Image
I'm spoiled, than you Diana. There were four pieces of fabric in beautiful colours, two spools of beautiful hand painted Japanese silk, two skeins of Crescent colours floss to match the fabric, a skein of rainbow blending thread, a packet of Piecemakers size 26 needles which I've heard so much about but can't get hold of over here, some very patriotic red, white and blue floss and the cutest little :anotherfrog: button

Thank you so much Diana. It is just perfect and I'm grinning from ear to ear :D

Megan (enders princess) sent me a bunch of wrapped gifts in beautiful silver and gold paper that I had a lot of fun trying to guess before Stashmas day. :) But finally I know!

Image
A very cool chart for a tiger bookmark from Celtic Rose Needlecraft, a beautiful piece of 32 ct Jobelan in summer sky, 2 WDW in Blue spruce (the green one) and Americana (the blue one) and Caron Watercolours in Abalone. Also some spare bobbins, always useful!

And the piece de resistance, a beautiful biscornu in blues and green!

Here are my gifts from lizthebob:

First, everything came beautifully wrapped.

Then I had the fun of opening everything!
Image

I got a wonderful hand stitched card
some English chocolate (how did you know I  European chocolates?)
4 orni sized pieces of fabric in amazing colors
4 skeins of hand dyed threads by Dragon Floss (also in amazing colors)
an Enchanting Lair dragon chart ( )
a JBW Designs alphabet wreath chart (with charm which I also  )
and a canvas tote bag from Liz's home town

I've been wonderfully spoilt. I love everything! I'm already trying to figure out what to use the fabric and threads for....

Thank you so very much Liz!

Such lovely gifts everyone!

Here are the gifts from Victoria (Talenaya) all beautifully wrapped:
Image

And here they are all opened up:
Image

from left to right: some lovely marbled aida cloth, a cute stocking ornament, a card with pandas on it (so so cute), a 6 pk of perle #8 variegated thread, 2 colors of Lizbeth #20 tatting thread (Island Punch and Caribbean), a cute floss organizer, and some gorgeous DMC color variations floss in colors I've been wanting but unable to find anywhere.

I feel quite spoiled.

edit: I should add, inside the card there was an apology about Thor opening up the fabric and stating that Ariel picked out the colors at JoAnn's. Ariel has excellent taste.
