Re: My HAED progress
Love to see someone doing 22ct 2 over 1. That's what I'm planning on doing when I eventually get around to starting my Christmas HAED. You made such quick progress too. And wanted to ask. As this is your first HAED, how are you liking it? I'm what i think they call a cross country stitcher and used...

Re: Confessions of a Cross Stitcher
Oh how to remember all I have to confess    - I am nearly as careful about the back of my work as I am the front!!! It is exceptionally neat!!!! - I can only work on one project at any time. I would love to be able to have various projects on rotation, but I feel like I'm cheating on ...

Re: Washing Finished Projects
Hi guys. I am just over half way through a HAED, been at it for about 1.5yrs and it is filthy. I was planning to wash it at the end as I was afraid if I washed it half way through it might fade the threads slightly so that there would be a noticable difference in the colour in the stitches that were...

Parking
Hi I have been cross stitching for many years (since I was 7) and am currently doing my 1st HAED piece. I have always been a cross country stitcher but I am now interested in the parking method. I have youtubed and googled and have a fair idea what I'm doing. My question is do you work in 10 across ...

My HAED progress
Hi This is my HAED progress at the moment. I've been at it on and off now for about 1yr give or take a few smaller projects (ie. wedding and baby samplers). I'm doing it on 22ct fabric 2strands over 1. Hoping to have it completed and framed by Christmas 2014 but another HAED is catching my eye so wh...

Re: For Q-Snap users: What size for big projects?
I use the 8x8 qsnap I am currently doing a HAED and just move it around. Never had a problem with clipping over stitches. I don't use a frame with it.

Re: About 2 start my 1st HAED!!!
Thanks I'll test the 1x1 on the 22ct to see how it looks, but I like a good coverage and usually do 3x1 on 14ct. I will check out the HAED forum sounds good, thanks. I'm really excited about this project and it's good to get motivation from these forums. I just wish the threads would hurry up and ar...
