Yeah, that's the problem with Bucilla. I don't know if they do it this way to keep costs low? Personally, I would (& do) pay more for awesome designs with clear floss lists/supplies (like the Chatelaine I haven't started yet....the kitting it up is more than half the fun for me).

I don't think so. The process to weave/make the aida is a compacting process (if those are the correct words?) I'm pretty sure it's as shrunk as it can get.

Allyn, I was only trying to give a (common) scenario where someone does get a refund & it is not funds that had been with held from their paycheck.
