Re: Mr Spock Cross Stitch Doll Pattern

Glad you like my designs. I've recently finished a River Tam doll, but haven't listed her yet. Mainly because I decided I had to cross stitch some weapons for her to hold first.

Cute Mugs for Stitchers

Look what I found on Etsy.

I just had to share it. For a custom made thing like that, I think that's a great price as well.

I took three tries to get the skin tone right. The pattern for him is available in my shops on Etsy, Delighted and ArtFire. htt...

3D Cross Stitch Doll Patterns

I've just started selling three dimensional cross stitch doll patterns. The dolls are made of 6 cross stitched pieces assembled together to make a little kawaii doll. I have only a few for sale at the moment, but many more will be coming. The dolls that are available now are Sherlock (in suit or in ...

Re: Just Finished a TARDIS in 3D

Thank you! The scale was actually by luck. When I made the pattern and started stitching, I didn't have any figures. Shortly before I finished it, I got a couple of the Doctor and was thrilled when I realized that they would work together.

Re: Just Finished a TARDIS in 3D

Katiespark, I'm in North Carolina as well. As far as my favorite doctor, hard to say. I discovered the doctor back during the Tom Baker era (when we were at the mercy of PBS) but I have to say David Tennant was adorable.

Thank you all! I wanted to do something that wasn't just a normal run of the mill cross stitch. :D

Re: Just Finished a TARDIS in 3D

Lessa54, I used 14 count aida. To give the fabric a bit of stiffness, I ironed pellon to the back of the stitching. Also instead of using polyfluff to stuff the whole thing, I used a block of foam rubber.

Thank you all for the complements!

Thanks!

Diana, to buy from Etsy, you have to join first. If you would rather not join a site, use ArtFire. Glad you like the pattern :D

Re: Just Finished a TARDIS in 3D

Yes, I designed it. I did it for my shops on Etsy and ArtFire. As far as who gets this one, it is MINE!!!! I'm a huge fan of the doctor. If you look at my shops there you'll see what I mean. http://www.etsy.com/shop/robinsdesign" target="_blank http://www.artfire.com/ext/shop/studio/Robins...

Just Finished a TARDIS in 3D

I've been working on this since September. My first attempt was too large, complicated and not enough contrast. So I remade the pattern and started over and finally finished it. It turned out really well and the size is perfect for the action figures! http://img3.etsystatic.com/il_fullxfull.32879014...
