Re: OT: Who is the Book Fairy?
We've done the same & have the same here here Lyudmila - people leave books outside houses/ blocks of flats or in the vestibule for people to take - also many go to charity shops too. But it must be a really lovely surprise to find a book in an unexpected place like that

So sorry to hear that Mabel & do hope you will soon feel better. What an awful thing to happen must have shaken you up.
I have some in for some P&Q time as been getting headaches this past week. Weather is thundery so I do know why but not doing much in the way of crafts at all at the moment.

Re: Lakeside Village start
Took a look at my threads on kit & some are rather flimsy. A shame as they used to be excellent. Maybe that was why I put lakeside village away for a while because I got fed up with quality of threads. May sort out some of my own to put to it.

Re: Heatwave
Know where Hawarden is Garnet, can understand weather fronts differ your way; as you are nearer England, towards Chester, so weather would be different around there. We get winds swirling, not swirling weather fronts! In v. hot weather could not see high places because of heat hazes. Then, when rain...
