That is a picture to really behold, superb progress on what is going to be something out of this world, can't wait to see the project finished.

Re: Rosemary's 2017 Stitching
WOW, those pictures are stunning, as a relatively new beginner to cross stitching I am amazed at how you keep control of all those threads. I'm sure I would end up in one big tangle.

Hi all, Its nice to be able to get back to cross stitching after quite a long lay off. What with PC and internet problems I have been offline for quite a while plus my partners disability has become more severe requiring more of my care. Anyway now we are more settled and the internet is now more re...

Re: how did you start?
Hi, I got into cross stitch a few years ago by my daughter getting me to go to the Harrogate cross stitch fair, I thought I would be the only man there but I was proved wrong. Went rather mad and bought lots of aida, threads and patterns and since then have built up quite a stash. I just need to liv...

Re: Hello from the UK
Hi Ayna,
I bet that raised a few eyebrows, well I won't let my stash get any bigger as I want to get on with stitching what I have rather than collecting more that probably won't ever get started yet alone finished.

Re: Hello from the UK
Well Carole with regard to a stash, it has grown so much recently that I think I need to live for anothe 90 years or so to complete them all. I already have about a dozen or so kits and a drawer full of "Must make that" patterns.

Hello from the UK
Hi, My name is Clive and I live in Spalding in Lincolnshire UK, my daughter introduced me to cross stitching while I was recovering from open heart surgery to while away the days and a needle was about the only thing I was allowed to lift. I found it so relaxing and therapeutic that I have carried o...
