Re: ISO: Cross Country Stitching magazine issues

I was looking for a special edition, the ABC 2000 issue, but found that one. Do you have any from 1997 or earlier?

Re: Mary kissing baby Jesus from Scarlet Quince...

Thanks for that! I will certainly keep that in mind when I order the pattern. I have decided to get it but now I am wondering if I should get it now or wait until I actually am ready to work on it. There are 2 other designs ahead of that masterpiece.

Re: Hello from Florida!

Very true Serinde. That's what I love about cross stitch. People come up to me and say "that looks too hard" but then I tell them "it's just a lot of x's on fabric". This has to be the easiest craft in the world that also creates such stunning/cute results.

Re: Hello from Florida!

I have stitched from various magazines, and I am working on a kit right now. I have mostly stitched from Cross Country Stitching and The Cross Stitcher, but I think they are both not publishing anymore. I am tempted to try a more advanced-pattern but I don't know if I am up to that level yet.

Hello from Florida!

Hello all! I love to cross stitch. It is so relaxing. I am 41 years old, married, and have 2 kids - both teenagers! I also have a pug, 7 years old (or there-abouts). I live in SW Florida where I also love quilting and doing jigsaw puzzles.

FOUND!! - Bear w/ flowered hat (Looking for pattern)

==> Update: I found the magazine and name of the pattern! Yea! It is in The Cross Stitcher 2004 issue and it's called Belle the Bear. I hope you guys can help me. I am looking for a pattern that was in a cross stitch magazine from USA and between 95-early 2000's. The pattern is just of a teddy bear'...
