When I started this project I separated the chart into 4 pages. I am now done with Page 2 (the page I started with) and working on Page 4 (going clockwise)... Some slow work days paid off and I got some "real work" done, haha...

Here's another update. The colors are so dark the picture doesn't show them well. Maybe I need to get this out and take a picture in some natural light to be able to see the colors more truly. Had some time to work on this project over the last few days. Progress is going good! Mirabilia designs are always so much fun to stitch!

I planned it so when I started restitching the open holes will be stitched over, but I know from past experience that they will eventually soften up and disappear. It is an interesting pattern and I'm having a great time sewing it! I think that I'm not crazy about half stitches because I too easily ...

Sarah, this is beautiful! I's so thinking about starting back up on the Alpaca on the 25 ct... Your work is just gorgeous and it seems like you made pretty quick time on it too I look forward to following your other projects until you get back to this one!

I didn't get too far, you can see the holes pushed open where I took some of the stitches out. This is a great pattern. It uses a lot of half stitches, which aren't my favorite, but it uses them with 4 strands sometimes which gives cool texture to the design. http://i844.photobucket.com/albums/ab3/g...
