Re: 2020 Stash & Grab (our virtual pub)

I heard something about someone reaching 4000 posts. Maybe I could pay one cup of hot chocolate for him to celebrate his achievement, if he accepts it. I am not sure if he is a chocolate man at all. I mean I do not know if he likes more coffee or chocolate. If you ask my own opinion, I like chocolat...

Re: 2020 St Cross Stitchers Hospital

Oh boy! You've been through quite an ordeal, R!
My rheuma has acted up a bit, but it has been wet weather, so no wonder my rheuma gets nasty. I can still walk around, but there are moments I take my painkiller, just in case.

Re: 2020 St Cross Stitchers Hospital

That does not sound any good, R. The main thing is you are symptomless concerning The Virus. But if the Virus gets a hold of your corner of the country, it won't be pretty. That much I dare to say, be it I live in different country alltogether.

Oh no, Richard! That does not sound nice at all! I hope your real - world doctors can do something if the symptoms get impossible to bear.

Re: 2020 Stash & Grab (our virtual pub)

Scotland? I thought you live in the US! But you live in Europe! *shakes her head* The world is small indeed. And the mask thing... I do not wonder. The numbers keep climbing every day, at least in Finland, although in my country the worst cases are in Southern Finland. Thanks for the cake! That was ...

Re: 2020 Stash & Grab (our virtual pub)

Well, maybe it does. I am an asthma patient, so I must be super careful. In case I get a warning from my phone I must know where I have been and who I have met. That is the reason I keep my "public life" pretty much on the level "if one must do it, I do it, but the rest of the time I ...

Re: 2020 Stash & Grab (our virtual pub)

This week has been…well, I do not say crazy, but I have been through enough of events in 2 days. Every week I visit in a place I call Sakura. There has been this rule of washing hands for weeks. This week a new rule arrived. You must wear a mask! I thought, ’If one must do it, one must do it.’ I put...

Re: 2020 Stash & Grab (our virtual pub)

Whoever stitched and "made tight" that flower picture, she is a true master stitcher! I could never make anything like that. Maybe I could stitch, but the "pull it tight" part is a true pro's thing. I am glad my Local Framing Man knows how to "pull it tight" just the wa...

Awww, thank you again! I am so glad you are cheering me on with this. A few stitches here, a few rows there, and it is a FO before I realize it.

Re: 2020 Stash & Grab (our virtual pub)

I am happy for Angel. Congrats!
I must say congrats to that other person too. To the one who got that weaving thing (the previous owner had some arthritis or something, and she had to let it go).
I could take 1 hot chocolate and 1 slice of buttermilk :cake: to celebrate both of those events.
